The Reality
Hardship compounds across generations when people lack the skills, starting capital, and community infrastructure to improve their situation. Without those entry points, entire neighbourhoods stay stuck in patterns that are difficult to exit alone.
Our Approach
The Community Uplift Division offers practical skills training, connects people with small-business support, organises neighbourhood improvement projects, and works to give community members a clearer path to being heard in local decisions.
